Little profile pic

Today I realized that I have no profile picture. When I follow someone's blog, it just shows the boring grey silhouette. Please Help.

    Go to Dashboard in top RH corner, click. Somewhere in there you can click Profile or something along those lines. Then somewhere in that you can put in a pretty picture of your face!
